MSc/MBA office was established in the University to promote multilevel system of education providing integration into the European Educational
Arena.
Video courses, television set and videotape recorder have been bought during 1 st project year to strengthen the learning resources of the International Economy Faculty to provide higher quality of education.
Video course, Multimedia projector RoverLight Aurora DS1700 have been bought during 2 nd project year to strengthen the learning resources of the International Economy Faculty to support new courses' lectures delivering.
These resources have been installed at the MSc/MBA office at the International Economy Faculty and only academic staff that teaches to MSc/MBA students in International Business has access to them because those resources are fully designed to teach the abovementioned programmes.
The MSc/MBA office organised dissemination seminars in June 2004 and June 2005 for professors from different universities of Irkutsk (Russia) and for International Economy Department's staff (BSUEL, Irkutsk, Russia).
The MSc/MBA office also organised lectures to PG student of BSUEL during the visit of professors from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law (Khabarovsk, Russia) Nina Otvarukhina and Tatyana Malovichko and from Ufa State Aviation Technical University (Ufa, Russia) Professor Marat Kulmukhametov in May-June 2005.
The MSc/MBA office assisted with hosting Professor Lars Hassel (Turku, Finland) and Professor Peter Cook (Plymouth, UK) in May-June 2005.
The next new equipment was purchased by the MSc/MBA office during the third project year:
3 computers with printers (PC Formoza EL300, Monitor TFT17 ROVERSCAN LCD, Printer HP LaserJet 1320) to provide Master programme students of the University with better facilities (well-equipped working places with Internet access).
The University also purchased new television set and videotape recorder (DVD-player Rolsen R2V-400 DVD-VHS combo, TV-set Avest) to provide professors, who developed new courses, with the possibility to use contemporary video-materials and to raise the level o f teaching.
The MSc/MBA office organised lectures to PG student of BSUEL during the visit of professors from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law (Khabarovsk, Russia) Irina Zikunova in April 2006.
